Shelley brings to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites a wealth of hospitality experience. She is adept at directing the sales effort in the role of DOS but also has a solid background in Catering Sales & Convention Services. Additionally, Shelley has strong IHG brand knowledge gained over her 10 years at a full-service property in downtown Columbus, OH. Most recently, Shelley was the DOS at the Red Roof Plus Hotel where she exceeded all expectations in shifting key corporate & athletic accounts to her property. She was recognized with the Director of Sales of the Year in 2019 and Circle of Excellence Award winner in 2019 and 2020.
